Rang 6 were learning about the American artist Andy Warhol recently. Andy Warhol was born in 1928, he was a visual artist, film director, producer & leading figure in the pop art movement. His works explore the relationship between artistic expression, advertising and celebrity culture, he used a variety of media including painting, silkscreening, photography, film & sculpture. We created our own individual pieces using Andy Warhol’s iconic style.

6th class have been studying famous pieces of artwork. They then recreated it using any materials they wished from the art press. The results were amazing! Well done all!
